The Old School Guest House M74 JCT 8 Larkhall

There is an easy to use disabled access ramp directly off the front carpark leading to the main entrance door. All ground floor access doors have been fitted with slow release door closers to allow sufficient time for access. Our superior rooms have en-suite facilities with extra large shower cubicles and power showers, king sized beds, LCDDVD TV's with satalite and freeview chanels, coffee and tea making facilities, trouser presses, safes, work station with vanity mirror and hair dryer, internal phone system, seating area, free WIFI and direct internet connection in all rooms which comes as standard. Iron and iron board on request. We have a Superior less able ground floor en-suite bedroom which can be set up as a twin or king sized double or layed out to suit the customer's requirements. The en-suite facility has been set up for the less abled person and been fitted with numerous grab rails and a large low level entry shower cubicle. There is a shower chair available on request. There is a large disabled toilet facilty directly opposite this room if required. The dining area is closely situated with easy access. There is a TV lounge area available for customer's use. The adjacent dining area has a microwave, cutlery, plates ect also set out for customer's use. There are two parking areas, one at the front of the Guest House and the other is through the tunnel into the rear court yard. The court yard is closed off at 20.00hrs and open at 07.00hrs. These times can be changed to suit customer's requirements. We also have a locked garaged facility for motorcycles and bicycles.

If you're travelling south on the M74, exit junction 8 keeping left at the end of the exit slip road. Then travel approximately 150m the Guest House is the first building on the left after you pass under the motorway.If you're travelling north on the M74, exit junction 8 take the 5th exit off the roundabout A71 ( Swinhill Road ) travel approximately 150m the Guest House is on the right hand side.
